Warning, don't book this villa, especially if you have kids. The advertised photos and description are very misleading. When we arrived, the two staff members we met didn't speak English. We found dirty toilets, mould in the bathrooms, and stains on the bedsheets and furniture. Lizards and squirrels were inside the villa, especially in the kitchen, and around the property. The decking around the pool was broken, which is a big safety issue, and there was no staff on site or nearby. The staff were unresponsive and dishonest. They just wanted their money and made sure there was no cancellation.

Our six-day trip was so packed with activities that we regrettably didn't spend much time at the villa, and it felt too short. The staff were gracious and helpful, kept track of what we needed, and even knew all six of us by name. Villa Kajou has built-in surround speakers, including out in the pool garden. Take an evening dip, the water is surprisingly warm. Definitely worth the price.

This calm, beautiful four-bedroom villa is in the Petitenget area. The living area is enclosed, and there's a pool bar and a lovely garden beside the private pool. Potato Head and several good restaurants are just a short walk away.

All the staff were kind. Ayu especially helped make the stay comfortable, and her breakfasts were excellent. I'd like to stay here again if I go to Bali.

The villa is nice, but the security guard was awful. Last night, my friend and I came to visit my friend at the villa, and he asked for another 100k or so after keeping the ID card. When he didn't get what he wanted, he got angry at us and my friend who was staying there. It was a really bad experience. The guard with his hair tied on his head was acting like a gangster or robber, forcing us. 🙂
