The room was nothing like the photos. The sheets were dirty, there was a terrible smell that never went away, and the bathroom didn’t look properly cleaned. When I politely asked for water bottles, staff just shrugged and said we only got two a day. The manager was nowhere to be found. The air conditioning barely worked, and noise from the cot made it impossible to sleep. This stay was awful from start to finish. Avoid this place, it isn’t worth your money.

We had a great stay with family and friends. The service was amazing, and the rooms were neat and clean, especially the private pool.

A snake got into our room at night, and we were terrified. We contacted staff right away, expecting urgent help, but their response was slow and far too casual. When someone finally came, they didn’t seem to take it seriously. There was no apology or reassurance about our safety, and they didn’t offer to move us or compensate us. It felt as if this sort of incident was normal for them. I found the experience horrifying and dangerous, and it left me feeling the hotel lacked basic safety measures, cleanliness, and hospitality. The staff response was unprofessional, and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. If you care about feeling safe and at ease, avoid this place.

We booked a three-bedroom villa for a family stay two weeks ago. There was plenty of space, a private pool, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The villa was very clean, and staff came every day to clean both the room and pool. It was really helpful that we could ask to have breakfast delivered to the room.

The rooms are very nice, but breakfast options are limited. I also found the location risky at night and wouldn’t walk around there alone.
