Villa Kyah

Three thoughtfully designed double bedrooms each open toward the pool and garden, and all have their own bathrooms. There's also a kitchen, a maid, and plenty of private spots to lounge by the pool. The pool sits in a lush zen garden with Buddhist sculptures, and the internet worked great. The welcoming staff saw to everything we needed. Everywhere you look, the layout and artwork make the villa feel like a masterpiece. Honestly, it's the coolest place I've ever stayed. Highly recommend it!

Komang was an absolute gem. She cooked breakfast and lunch each day, handled our shopping, and could split her shifts to fit what we needed. She even took care of a few maintenance problems straight away. The whole staff was lovely and helpful, and they kept the gardens and pool immaculate. We spent 10 days in the beautiful villa. It's a little away from the main shopping area, though still not far, and the walk back gives you a chance to bargain along the way. My only complaint was the indoor-outdoor bath. I'd been looking forward to relaxing in it, but the garden and its little critters, though apparently safe, put me off. We miss you, Komang, and hope we can come back one day.

Putu took such good care of us. Every day she showed up with her lovely Bali smile, made us a delicious breakfast, and left the villa clean and immaculate. She was gentle and helpful with our kids, aged 4 and 6, and kept them engaged at mealtimes when we needed a hand. She also offered to shop for groceries, stock the drinks, order delivery, or cook some tasty local food. The open indoor-outdoor layout around the pool meant we could watch the kids swim from any room. It made this a great peaceful family getaway, and a lovely alternative to a hotel for kids who want to swim, relax, and play.

Putu was a wonderful housekeeper who went out of her way to arrange things for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the place, and it was easy to get around, whether on foot or with a short taxi ride.
