Kadek was quick to sort out the master bedroom air conditioning, which couldn't keep up with the Bali heat. Someone topped up the refrigerant within an hour, and the room became much more comfortable. She was also very responsive on WhatsApp and arranged a floating breakfast, bike rental, laundry, and massages for us. The villa itself was beautiful, even though the alley leading to it looked thoroughly unimpressive. Kadek welcomed us with a drink, showed us around, then left us to settle in. The friendly staff came daily to freshen up the place, and the bedding was changed every second day. Everything was very well maintained. We also appreciated having plenty of floor and bath mats, since we were going in and out of the pool and leaving wet trails behind. We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Pagu and would highly recommend it.

It's a bit away from the buzz, but this is the place for you if you prefer things quiet.

Getting any sleep is impossible. The neighbors party almost every day until 5 a.m., and with the thin walls, it sounds like you're right there with them.
