The whole team at Villa Danoya made our stay feel personal, with genuine care, respect, and professional service. From arrival, the security staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt safe and at home. The villa was tastefully designed and peaceful, with a calm atmosphere that made it easy to relax and disconnect. Everything seemed thoughtfully prepared, and even the quiet felt comforting. The staff's warm smiles and excellent hospitality left a lasting impression. Matur suksme banget to everyone at Villa Danoya for such a beautiful, memorable stay. It isn't just somewhere to stay, it's a place where you can feel at peace.

We couldn't find a single fault and will definitely return. Our stay at VILLA 18 included a buffet breakfast that we all loved, with a nice selection of rice, fresh fruit, bread, sweets, juice, water, fried noodles, and traditional Balinese breakfast dishes. The restaurant prices were reasonable and better than many other places nearby for lunch or dinner. Service was absolutely five-star, the villa was cleaned thoroughly each day, and the garden was beautifully maintained. Upstairs, the villa had three spacious bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet. The high ceilings made it feel open, and the layout suited a large family looking for some privacy.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were kind, but there was room for improvement. The villa was spacious, clean, and quiet, though a bit outdated. The bath and shower were combined, the stopper didn't work, and there was no hot water. We had to leave early, but couldn't get our breakfast packed to take with us.

This villa felt very unsafe for my grandchildren. There was black mould and mould on dirty pillows, the back doors wouldn't close or lock, the toilets didn't work, and cracked tiles inside could have cut the children's feet. We were constantly worried the young kids might open the door that didn't lock. The hotel manager never came to address our problems and rejected the refund after we managed to find somewhere else safe to stay. Don't waste your money, there are lots of better places. Bali is wonderful, but this hotel never addressed the issues or spoke with us, which made the experience even worse. We love Bali, just not this stay.

The pool areas and villas had mould, broken tiles, and other safety problems. We were traveling with young children, so we had to leave, but we weren't given a refund because the villas weren't as advertised. We stayed in Villas 18, 21, and 17. Villas 17 and 21 had covered pools and no natural light. As an Australian who's visited Bali many times over the past five years, my advice is to keep your money and stay away. This place is a scam.
