The poolside setting made breakfast feel relaxing and special, and the food had an impressive range and quality. The daily breakfast was a highlight of our trip at The Trans Resort. From the flower welcome when we arrived, the staff made us feel valued throughout. Ms. Ayu, who supervises the breakfast area, was professional and attentive and kept everything running smoothly. Her hospitality, along with the whole team's dedication, made the experience even better. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were always friendly, welcoming, and glad to help, so we felt well looked after from start to finish. We had a relaxing, luxurious stay at The Trans Resort Bali, with outstanding service and care in every detail. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and we loved the restaurant and roof top Bar. Everything was honestly 100%, and we couldn't fault a thing. It felt like a five-star experience, and we'd definitely stay again. Highly recommend it for a Bali visit!

I've stayed here twice during a visit to Bali, and it's easy to see why the property scores well. It just feels comfortable. The hotel is on the main road, which makes the airport easy to reach, and shops and restaurants are walkable. It feels older, with a phone in the bathroom, but it was built in 2014 with quality materials and has a solid foundation. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, and laid out sensibly. There are plenty of staff around, constantly cleaning and repairing. The breakfast buffet and coffee are quite good, and the hotel arranges lots of activities for kids. We visited in low season, so the whole property was quiet. The 10 hotel villas are nice and affordable, and the staff are friendly and keen to help with anything you need.

The Kids Club is a nice feature for families, with staff supervising the children as they play. We stayed four nights with our son and wife, had a wonderful time, and will definitely return. The staff were great, always greeting us with a smile and helping with everything. They even checked in on their own to see if we needed anything. Our room was clean, and the jacuzzi on the balcony was lovely. The buffet breakfast was okay. I think it's great for families.

We were well looked after throughout our several-day stay for my nephew's wedding at The Trans Resort. The comfortable rooms, delicious meals, and spacious banquet halls were all top class. That's real hospitality, like when resort manager Stefano came over to our table with a ready smile to check that we were happy with the service and arrangements. All our guests appreciated the team's work, and they've gained many loyal customers. Lovely resort, great stay, and we'll be back soon 🙏🤝❤🤩
