Getting to this place is tricky because it's so tucked away, but that may be what makes it a hidden gem. The woman there was very kind and even helped me buy things I needed. The pool was warm, though I would have preferred it hotter. I spent the whole evening in it and loved it. The morning pool and gorgeous view were lovely too, but there were just far too many flies to sit quietly and enjoy the scenery. I wish I'd brought a fly trap or a swatter. I understand it's not the villa's fault, since the whole Batur area is full of flies. The main problem was the shower. There was no hot water, and hardly any water came out at all. I left it running for a while, but it never got warmer. Since I was only staying one night, I bathed in the pool and rinsed off with the tiny trickle. The villa itself and Erna still deserve five stars.

There are only three units, so the place feels peaceful and relaxing. They even waited for me when I arrived to check in late at night. I asked for more wood so I could relax by the fire a bit longer, and they kindly brought some. They were quick to respond and gave me good information. I'd definitely stay here again.

Please provide more firewood for heating in the morning. The view looks straight out over the lake, even though the place is a little tucked away, and the room is nice. There are flies everywhere after 6am. They're common in this area and normal for the season. Suksma.

The villa staff were kind and gave us useful information, and they had a campfire going at night. The rooms are clean, tidy, and nice, with a private hot tub in each one. It stays cool enough without air conditioning. There are a few flies, which is typical for Kintamani, and a water heater for drinking water and coffee. The main drawback was that there was no hot water in the bathroom.

We stayed here last week and found the atmosphere very peaceful. There are just three rooms, and ours was very clean. The staff responded quickly, and there was a fishing spot, a jacuzzi, and a campfire.
