Onion Hill Glamping

A quick heads-up: bring an extra sweater or jacket, because it gets really cold at night, down to 13°C. Being in the Kintamani area and glamping, bugs around the hotel are normal, and they aren’t harmful. We also appreciated the very helpful staff. Many thanks to Dita & Bli Gus De for setting up our room for our Honeymoon. The place was great, with a direct view of Bukit Trunyan & Gunung Batur. From the private jacuzzi, you can enjoy it right away, and the jacuzzi and shower water come naturally from a hot spring around the hotel. That meant no extra time or money spent visiting another hot spring. The food from the restaurant was great and affordable. We had dinner by the bonfire with my partner, and Onion Hill Glamping provided the fire for free. The sky was beautiful and full of stars. There’s also a Jeep Tour package for enjoying sunrise from Mt Batur. One suggestion for the hotel: an exhaust fan in the toilet would help keep the smell from spreading into the bedroom.
