The bathroom was clean, but the family room felt really stuffy and gloomy, even though it was spacious. Only one of the three lamps worked, and the headboard looked like it hadn't been dusted in ages. The old cupboard at the far end smelled bad and should be taken out. It seemed like the room wasn't cleaned very often. I'm so disappointed, I've never rated a place this low before.

It's a basic, non-star place, but the room was clean and neat, and it stays open almost 24 hours, which is a little unusual for a small-city hotel. Rates start at IDR 250k.

I stayed here over New Year's because I needed decent accommodation, and the hot shower worked. The town square is nearby. Don't expect much in the way of other facilities, though. I hope they take maintenance seriously so the place can keep offering decent service and stay competitive. Keep going, Alami Hotel, and I hope you continue to grow and stick around.

The room was dirty, with shabby sheets and a broken bathroom door. There were lots of little animals, and you couldn't drink bottled water in the room. At 300, it's expensive for a place with no facilities.
