Pondok Sari

The staff were always friendly and ready to help, and I really appreciated being able to leave things I didn’t need at the hotel while I was away. The pool is a lovely place to unwind. It’s a very good option around a flight, either before leaving or after arriving, with a price that feels fair for the quality. I’d recommend it for an easy, comfortable stay.

Soter and Febri were so attentive throughout our stay, always checking whether we needed anything. When we were leaving for home and running short on time to get to the laundromat, they washed and dried our clothes while we were still out. Their kindness really touched us, and we plan to stay at Pondok Sari whenever we visit Bali. Our ground-floor family room was huge, with a two-seater sofa, large fridge, TV, and hot and cold water dispenser. The shower had great pressure, the beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were fluffy. They tidied the room every day. Pondok Sari is a medium-sized hotel with a courtyard pool, 24-hour reception, and strong free Wi-Fi. There’s a laundry shop and a convenience stall just across from it.

They kept my luggage for nearly a month, absolute legends! 10/10, excellent. The place is tucked away somewhere peaceful, with quiet rooms, a big lovely pool, and friendly staff and service. Everything was clean, and it was great value too.

Putu at the front desk made an already wonderful stay at Pondok Hotel even more memorable. Putu welcomed me with a sincere, warm smile and went out of the way to help with all sorts of requests. That included arranging a ride to Balangan Beach, pointing me toward good-value local places to eat, and sharing advice for my diving and volcano hiking plans.
