Alfa Homestay

Alex made the stay feel personal. He was genuinely friendly and attentive, and shared useful local tips while making sure I felt welcome and looked after. The hotel itself was a great place to stay, with clean, nicely designed rooms that had what I needed. It’s in a quiet spot but still close to everything.

My father and I spent a week at Alfa Homestay during our Lombok trip. The pool area was lovely and well cared for, and with only a few rooms it never felt crowded, even at full capacity. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice shower and bathroom. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre. The owners and staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help with anything. I lost my room key by accident, and the owner wouldn't take money for a replacement. I had to insist before he finally accepted it since it was my mistake. My only suggestion is to add a mini fridge so we could keep water cold. Otherwise, a great stay, and I highly recommend it.

Our room was new and clean, and they brought a lovely breakfast to it. Alex and his wife were so welcoming and hospitable. The location is just outside the centre, about a 10 minute walk to the first local warungs and another 10 minutes from there into town. They also have scooters available. I’d stay again when I’m back in Kuta Lombok.

We had such a good four nights at this homestay. The centre is about a 10 minute walk away, which meant the place stayed quieter and less crowded. Breakfast was really good, and we could eat it on our little private balcony.
