Anari Villas Kuta

The room stayed hot despite the air conditioner. It only whirred and buzzed, barely bringing the temperature below 30°C, and didn't cool the bedroom, let alone the kitchen or bathroom. The bathroom smelled awful, and the freestanding egg bath had stains. Grime on the shower screens looked like it had built up for a year. Although rooms were meant to be cleaned daily, a dead fly stayed on the headboard for three days. Room service was left uncleared, and ants spread through the kitchen. Service was poor too: I had to go looking and found the employee running back to the villa from down the street. Our breakfast arrived 40 minutes late. It wasn't quiet either, you could still hear the karaoke bar 100 metres away.

The villa is right in the center, so we could walk to the different markets. Our room was lovely, the breakfasts were delicious, and the staff treated us very nicely. We had a wonderful holiday here, with excellent service.

The staff, including AriBayu, were friendly and ready to help throughout our stay. I appreciated the laundry service, and the cosy room and excellent service made it a lovely visit. The pool was great for a dip. The aircon could use an upgrade, though it still cooled the room. I'd recommend this place!

Anari Villa was close to everything, yet still quiet. Our villa was beautiful, and the staff were polite and lovely, always checking we were okay and making sure our requests and questions were handled. Thanks for the hospitality. We definitely recommend it and will book again when we return to Bali.
