We only popped in one evening for the live music, which was great. The service was excellent and there was a good range of food and drinks. The beachside location is beautiful, and the courtyard looked lovely all lit up at night. The atmosphere worked equally well for a romantic evening or a party.

I’ve been staying at Baleka for years and it’s still my go-to when I’m in Bali. It’s a small resort with lots of guests over 40, which I like, and there’s no hassle. The staff are lovely as ever and always happy to help. The large beds are comfortable, and the rooms are OK. They’re renovating some of them now, which is giving them a facelift. There’s a small cafe and gift shop attached, plus a spa and hairdresser close by. Restaurants and bars are nearby, but you can’t hear them when you’re at the rear pool. The music can get a bit loud in rooms near the restaurant at the larger pool end. I’ll definitely be back.

The FT Budda is a great little pin, with good food, great staff, and fun entertainment. The staff here are great too and can’t do enough for you. The rooms could use a bit of modernising, but for the price they’re very reasonable.

The pool area is fantastic, and there were always plenty of loungers. The room was comfortable with nice cold AC, though the bathroom was a bit old and tired. Had a great recent stay at the Baleka and can’t wait to come back!

The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to help us. Our room was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was lovely for cooling off after a hot day, and the resort’s layout felt peaceful. It’s tucked away but still close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The price was fantastic for what you get, especially with the service and facilities. I had an amazing stay at Baleka Resort and Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, affordable place in Bali. I’ll definitely be back!
