Bali Sunset Villa

We booked The Bali Dream Suite Villa Seminyak online because of the listed services and photos, but what we found was very different. Several advertised facilities or amenities weren’t available or didn’t work properly, which felt misleading. Housekeeping was irregular and the room wasn’t kept properly clean. Staff were slow to respond and unhelpful when we raised issues. Basic requests took too long, sometimes with no follow-up. Front desk communication was poor, and they didn’t offer a proper solution to our complaints. The stay wasn’t worth what we paid, and I wouldn’t recommend booking this property online.

We stayed at The bali dream villa for two nights on our honeymoon, after a friend recommended it. The room and pool were perfect, and the staff were very polite. Seminyak is a tourist area, and we noticed that many Indian tourists had been there. The beach is quite close, about a minute and a half on foot. We usually prefer bicycles to motorbikes in hyderabaad, but in bali a scooter worked better. We rented one through Mr. budi at the front desk and rode to uluwatu, nusa dua, and sanur. Renting a bike was cheap. I’m especially grateful to mr. Budi, wida, and all the staff. He works hard and is motivated, and we really appreciated them. We had no complaints during our stay. One suggestion: it would be nice if the restaurant opened earlier, maybe at 6 am, or offered lunch or dinner.

The restaurant food was excellent, with plenty of different menus to pick from. Our room was kept clean and tidy every day, and having our own pool was a real help in the heat. They also run a free daily shuttle to Seminyak. Martini and her team were lovely, always smiling and ready to help with anything. I’d recommend it, and don’t miss the afternoon tea!

We were so excited during our stay, and the reception staff were kind. Agus Budi was especially helpful when our family needed help with around 20 heavy suitcases. He carried them for us and seemed as strong as Bhima. Mrs Eka Juniari also helped us rent a scooter, and her gracious manner and smile won us over. Bali Dream Villa is a great option in Seminyak for Indian visitors looking for a comfortable villa. I only wish they offered more Jain food.
