The room was stunning, with a spacious living area and lovely pool view downstairs. Upstairs, the bedroom felt comfortable and private, and there was another terrace with a breathtaking view. The housekeeping team helped with my luggage and walked me to my room. After a 22-hour flight, the welcome drink was especially appreciated. From arrival, everything went smoothly. The front desk welcomed me warmly and professionally, security were attentive and ready to help, and WhatsApp communication was impressively quick and easy. The Italian restaurant was a real highlight for us, and the food we tried was delicious. The staff were kind and helpful, and being able to order room service on WhatsApp was handy. There’s also an affordable massage place across the street with good service. We liked the cozy feel of this two-storey boutique hotel, especially the spacious room opening onto the pool. Mosquitoes were a problem, though the room had sprays and plug-in repellents, and we managed by keeping the windows shut. Some parts felt worn: there were stains on the towels and sheets, plus a few hairs on the couch. I don’t regret staying here, but better cleaning would help this place live up to its potential.

The breakfast buffet had loads of choices, and the Primavera pizza really stood out as the hotel’s signature dish. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed, with a good range of toiletries. The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We had a wonderful two-night stay in a perfect spot for a quiet getaway, and the hotel exceeded what we expected. We’ll definitely come back. ⭐️

The food was fast to arrive, clean, and really good quality. I tried pretty much everything on the menu during my week at Baliterraneo and wasn’t disappointed once. The staff were the best part for me, so welcoming, and their WhatsApp group was available all day for requests. I loved the apartment layout and space. The room was super clean and stayed cool with the air conditioning on. The pool was relaxing and got sun for most of the day. I enjoyed every second, to the point that I spent almost three full days at the resort. A sincere thank you to the baliterraneo team for such an amazing Bali experience. 10/10 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
