Beneyasa Beach Inn II

I stayed here for four months. Rooms weren't cleaned unless I asked. When I was told to leave, it was after a guest's rental bike seat was allegedly stabbed at the hotel, though it may have happened earlier that evening before he got back. Staff checked CCTV, which showed me running my hand over his bike seat and tail, and touching the bike beside it while wiping water off my own seat. That other bike wasn't damaged, and the footage didn't show anything in my hand. The guest kept going on about being a diamond salesman and a stock exchange salesman. Management believed his claim that I'd done it while he was making a loud scene. When I moved out, management also said I was a month behind on rent, despite my having paid the manager in person two weeks earlier. It's a low-budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. Look at the photos: the pool is green, not blue. The usual nightly price for a fan room is 80,000 all year, not the 147,000 charged by various booking apps. It's extremely sad that management sided with someone making all those rich claims while staying at one of the lowest-rate hotels around. Even after Interpol's recent visit to this African guest, management still failed to see who could damage the motel's reputation further.

The bed was okay, but I'd have paid more for a better-quality place, even though this hotel is very cheap. The room had no AC, only a noisy fan, and the door was partly broken and hard to shut, although nothing went missing. The bathroom was filthy, with a dirty floor and sink, no hanger, and no hot water. The pool was green, and one day there was moisture on its surface, so I really wouldn't recommend swimming in it. Staff mostly hung around, and they tried to charge us for drinks we hadn't had.

The pool and bar setup were the best parts for me. Rooms were okay and clean for an affordable price, making this a decent place for backpackers who mainly need somewhere to leave their luggage and rest. The rooms could use some improvement.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was very hot. Staff sat with their feet on the couch, chatting and using their phones. I waited at the desk for a while before asking, "Is somebody working here?" Nobody had bothered to ask what I needed. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am, and the band out front was really loud. Other hotels at the same rate offer better service, and some even have air conditioning.
