The noise made it impossible to sleep. Staff were yelling outside our room early in the morning, and there was loud drilling every few minutes, each burst lasting at least two minutes. The room was filthy too, with dust everywhere, spider webs in the corners, mold in the bathroom, and a horrible smell. We raised it with staff, but they acted as if they couldn’t understand us. Our door was broken and annoying to open or close. We’d booked a superior room, but on arrival they said only the more expensive deluxe was available and supposedly better. It was filthy. The next day they told us again to come back tomorrow, yet Booking.com showed the superior room had been available all along. The place feels run down, with peeling wallpaper, ancient furniture, and a TV that looks like it’s from 2005. The fridge was dirty, broken, and gross. At checkout they tried to charge us 100,000 IDR for a tiny coffee stain on the duvet, though they’d never mentioned or agreed on a damage policy. When we asked for a price list or an explanation for the amount, they again acted like they didn’t understand. We paid far too much and they still tried to get more money from us. It felt manipulative and dishonest. There are cleaner, cheaper, more respectful places in the area. Absolutely horrible experience. Do NOT stay here.

The service was friendly, but this felt like a very average hotel, and the online photos make it look better than it is. I’d booked a double bed but got two twins at check-in, which was disappointing, though manageable. There were marks on the sheets and walls, and the internet was so bad it was basically unusable. For the price, it could work if you just need to crash for one night.

The receptionist wanted to charge us for a 15-minute extension. She said the system automatically charges you if you check out even one minute late, which is impossible. They could at least have let us have 15 more minutes to pack. The room was dirty, and the old sheets and towels had blood stains, loose threads, hanging threads, and holes. There are better, more central hotels at the same price. Don’t stay here.

There were three of us in a very cramped room, and the extra bed was just a mattress on the floor. The electricity was bad, the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets were dirty with blood stains. The room smelled of mold. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
