The villa’s location made getting around easy, with Seminyak Beach and the shops and restaurants in the centre less than a ten-minute walk away. We stayed for a week, and the team made us feel welcome from the start with fruit, smoothies and cool face towels. They showed us around and explained breakfast and extras like in-villa massages. Breakfast could fit whatever kind of morning we had. They checked what we wanted and when, and even went to get fresh orange juice when we asked for something off the menu. The staff were the friendliest we’ve met, turning down the beds each evening and spraying for mosquitoes. The villa is beautifully finished, with a private pool, loungers, outdoor seating and a well-equipped kitchen in the indoor living area. We’ve visited Bali several times and would happily come back here each time.

A little coffee shop just three minutes away became a favourite morning stop for us. We were travelling with our 10- and 8-year-olds, and the layout of Chimera Villa (Green) worked really well for the family. Although it’s close to Seminyak’s Main Street, the villa stayed remarkably quiet, a peaceful break from the busy Bali atmosphere. Everyone on the Chimera Villa team was lovely and nothing felt like a hassle. We had a fantastic stay and hope to return. Thanks, Putu and team.

The kids made the most of the pool during our 10 days in the Orange villa, swimming almost every day. We liked the villa and its location near Seminyak’s Main Street, and the daily cleaning was appreciated. The place is nice, though a bit worn: some cabinet doors were coming off their hinges and the fixtures didn’t feel high quality. We also didn’t get the advertised breakfast.

This time we stayed in villa green, after trying villa orange before covid, and both were a cut above most places we’ve stayed. We enjoyed ginger and cinnamon tea each afternoon, a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious, especially the Healthy Bowls, which our boys loved. The staff were lovely, and we’ll definitely return.

We stayed in villa orange for five days in June 2025. The grounds were lovely, the atmosphere was beautiful and there was plenty of room in this amazing two-bedroom villa. Breakfast came with the stay and was delicious every day. It was an easy walk to eat street or the beach. Thanks to Putu and staff for a stay we’ll remember. Much love to you all 🙏🏼 We’ll definitely be back.
