Compared with the rest of Kuta, this place was quiet and clean, with free water refills and coffee. There’s no pool, but the beach is only 10 minutes away. We found the price seemed negotiable, so bargain. We arrived by taxi straight from the airport after finding the place online. The first night’s charge was much too high, though we were too tired to argue then. We brought it up the next morning and got a refund, which was great.

I chose this guest house because I needed Wi-Fi. The owner said the connection worked well in the rooms, but there was no connection in mine. Every other day the owner complained about not having enough money to live on, which became very annoying. Then he started asking me to pay for Wi-Fi that had been free before. Disgusting. The owners are greedy. If you rent for a month, they won’t provide toilet paper or even a rag for cleaning the floor.

A good base for exploring Kuta by motorbike, with the guest house near a main road and the centre. Restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance. The rooms have a TV, hot water in the bathroom, and a little balcony with two chairs and a table. The small garden is beautifully maintained, and the price makes this a perfect place to stay.

A decent price, and a very good place to stay without disturbances. The owner is kind and helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy themselves near Legian Street Kuta.
