Collection O Bali near Kedonganan Beach formerly New Asta Graha Homestay

The bathroom was filthy, and the toilet sometimes wouldn't flush at all. Our room door locked us inside once, and the same thing happened to a friend in the bathroom. Staff had to break the window and climb in to get them out. It felt strange and creepy. There were lots of mosquitoes, no nets, and the doors didn't seal shut. The location wasn't great either. It's down a small alley with nothing around, so even getting breakfast meant taking a Grab elsewhere. For dinner, there was just a little local shop with rice and noodles, or some fancy fish grills at the beach.

I loved my stay with this kind Indonesian family. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the pool was lovely, and the whole place was clean. There's a short walk to the beach, and the rooftop is a nice spot to watch the sunrise. It's quiet from the street, with birds singing around the place. Definitely worth the money, and I had a really pleasant time.

The internet and air conditioner both didn't work, and the sheet that was left was dirty.

I had a positive stay overall. The two staff members were polite and helpful, and the deluxe room was very reasonably priced. I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade, and I'd recommend booking deluxe. With more tourists coming to Bali after COVID, I think the owner should bring on more staff.
