The room hadn't been cleaned at all. There was a used towel on the floor, a pile of garbage on the dresser, and a disgusting amount of hair blocking the shower drain. It's extremely unhygienic. Avoid this place for your own health and safety.

I stayed here last year and it was amazing. Booking again this year was a mistake. The place is generally neglected, with garbage everywhere, mold on the walls, smelly bathrooms, and dirty toilets. The bed and sheets were the worst part, absolutely disgusting. We asked for new sheets three times and still got dirty ones, even though the staff guy picked them up from the *clean* laundry bag. We even found a NEW crispy white patch on the cover, yes, exactly what you think. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.

Of all the places I've stayed in Bali/Seminyak, this was the depths of hell. The accommodation was disgustingly filthy and full of rubbish. When I arrived, my room wasn't fit for a pig. I told the manager to make sure it was cleaned properly and thoroughly. You have to ask, or rather DEMAND, clean towels and bed linen every week. Rooms aren't even cleaned weekly for long-term guests. There's no drinking water in the room, so you have to ask the manager for it every day, and he just looks miserable about it. The manager is young and acts young. He sleeps all day, has friends over, and they play games on their phones while the property is full of garbage bags that stink of rotten food. The manager's accommodation at the front looks like a slum in Bangladesh, Indian. His kitchen has rotting food and dishes piled up from weeks ago. At least ten garbage bags are piled up out front. That's the first impression guests get.

The room was nothing like the photos, and they wouldn’t refund us. I’d booked two rooms, but on arrival they said we were entitled to just one, expecting four of us to share a bed in a tiny, dirty room. The sliding door wouldn’t close or lock, and there was only one towel for all four of us and no toilet paper. We checked out almost as soon as we’d checked in. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
