We were happy with the service and would readily recommend the hotel. We'd booked two nights, then decided to add another. A last-minute booking mix-up put us in a twin room, but a few hours later the hotel called and offered us a free upgrade to a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. We were genuinely surprised and grateful. The stay turned out better than we expected.

It wasn't noisy on my floor, and I barely heard the road or anything outside, even though the room isn't fully soundproof. The buffet breakfast wasn't the best, but the Balinese dishes were alright. It's not a fancy hotel, though the other amenities are fairly complete. Just note that the twin room doesn't come with a fridge.

The local halal food was a highlight for me, especially Rebusan, Kue Lupis, and Indomie, and the coffee was good too. I also enjoyed the morning dance, perhaps because the Indian guests we experienced it with were so lively. The hospitality overall was good. I was there for a business trip for two nights in mid-December 2025. The location worked well, near the airport and public transportation terminal. In room 323, I couldn't adjust the AC temperature. The ironing equipment was also in poor shape, with some wires not properly covered, and could use replacement.

My stay was really unpleasant. The staff were unfriendly and noisy, and I found their verbal and nonverbal behavior abusive. Be careful about staying here. Plenty of other hotels offer better service.

The modern, clean rooms were a plus, but the AC in ours couldn't handle the temperature. There was a club on the sixth floor making noise until 9 pm. The restaurant was average at best, and although the pool looks nice, it wasn't very well maintained. The location also wasn't great, with heavy traffic and not much that's walkable.
