HARRIS Hotel & Residence Riverview Kuta Bali

We've known Harris Hotel since 2005 and have chosen it whenever we've visited Bali. Coming back this year felt like returning to a second home, with the same familiar warmth and comfort. We did raise some concerns about the hotel's condition, and they delayed a scheduled meeting with colleagues. Harris responded to our feedback sincerely, professionally, and respectfully. The service has stayed consistently excellent since the beginning. The team still provides reliable, secure service with a humble, warm manner, always welcoming guests with a smile. Mr. Bambang deserves special thanks for taking the time to listen and doing everything he could to help. His care and dedication touched us. The whole staff made us feel at home again. Harris is somewhere you can rely on, and we'll definitely return. If you have concerns during your stay, speak with Mr. Bambang and his team. Our family felt welcome and relaxed from start to finish at Harris Riverview Kuta. The room was clean and comfortable for a family trip, and the facilities were well maintained. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and family-friendly amenities. Staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. It was a memorable stay, and we'd definitely love to come back. Thank you for making it such a good experience for our family.

The breakfast staff were the best part of our stay. They were keen to serve and did a great job. The two-bedroom residence, though, felt very worn, like it might have been hip and beautiful once. Things were coming off the walls, the couches and cushions were heavily used, and there was a crack in the toilet. No ceiling lights in the bedrooms, and the AC was noisy. They didn't seem to coordinate with the online offers either. They couldn't find our booking, then said breakfast wasn't included, didn't honor the 25% discount offered online, and didn't give a birthday reward even though the birthday was a week away. Do they really claim to be a four-star hotel?

The room was spacious, which was a real plus, and the stay was okay overall. But after four days, a couple of dishes outside the room next door still hadn't been cleared from the first day I arrived. Still, it was mostly fine.
