After nearly seven weeks, leaving Harris hotel feels bittersweet. The staff made us feel at home the whole time, from the cleaners and reception team to breakfast staff and the security guard out front. Erna, Sukra, Martha, Ratih and Resmini deserve a special thank you for going above and beyond and making us feel so welcome. Breakfast was perfect, with lots of choice, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner, close to Seminyak beach. The room was nice, though we did hear noise from the street, construction, and sometimes neighbors. I suppose that's part of staying in a hotel. Thanks for everything, and we hope to see you again ❤️

The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us, and the location was great. Our room was nice and clean. The cupboard light wouldn't switch off, and the hot water in the shower came and went. Even so, I'd recommend Harris hotel and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The location was nice and the staff friendly, but our booking mistake led to a very disappointing management response at first. After our previous property turned out to be very dirty, we booked here at the last minute and accidentally reserved two rooms instead of one. We explained right away and only used one, but the hotel wouldn't cancel the extra booking. They gave us the additional room anyway and charged us in full. Agoda couldn't help either, and it felt as though management didn't care and took advantage of an honest mistake. Later, though, management took the issue seriously and worked to resolve it professionally. They listened to our concerns and helped find a solution, which we appreciated. Travel mistakes happen, especially with last-minute bookings, so thanks to the team for making things right in the end. Wishing the property well.

Resmini was especially kind and attentive, going out of her way to help us feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone on staff was welcoming and incredibly kind throughout our stay. It made the experience really special, and I'd highly recommend it.

The staff were very helpful, and the location is quite convenient. The price was fair, but the rooms looked much older than the photos suggested. Ours felt very humid, with signs of leaks on the ceiling and several walls.
