The bed was really comfy, so the three stars are for that. We were only using the villa as a place to rest for a few hours before heading elsewhere, luckily. At first it looked big and nice, but bit by bit it became clear that a lot of things were old and didn’t work as they should. It seems maintenance may not happen regularly. It also gets pretty loud at night when people at the other villas aren’t considerate. We arrived at 2pm, but the cleaning wasn’t finished until 330pm, which was a big minus. The workers seemed to sit around or do things very slowly. At around 220SGD a night for three rooms for 6people, there are much better villas for the price.

The helpful cleaning lady took my dirty clothes to the nearest laundry, and ta-da, they came back freshly washed the next morning. This newly built villa was nice and clean, with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, DVD player, and other things. It has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a living room, kitchen, and private pool. Getting around is easy, and Sunset Road is nearby. There’s also security, so there’s no need to worry. At night, lots of stray dogs outside howled. There’s no toilet in the living room either, so you have to go back to your room. Still, everything else was nice and I hope to come back if I get the chance. They provide some amenities, but no shower cap, so bring your own.

The staff were great, prices were good, and everything was always clean. We arrived really late, and they even had pizza waiting for us.
