The hotel turned out to be in a great spot, set away from the main road and quiet enough to relax. I also want to send my warmest wishes to everyone there. This was my first time travelling alone since my husband died a few years ago, and I was worried I wouldn’t manage the trip. Every staff member was wonderful to me, from the helpful, polite breakfast team to the fantastic reception staff. When I left my toothbrush charger behind at checkout, I emailed the hotel and they found it and kept it for me to collect when I returned to the area before flying home. One day there was a big party around the pool for some Australians, and I wasn’t told until the day before. That group also made a lot of noise one night, jumping and screaming in the pool, until security came and asked them to leave. Now that I’m home, I wanted everyone at the hotel to know I had a wonderful stay. It was a fantastic introduction to Bal.

We’re a small family with a young toddler, and had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and friendly. Breakfast was top notch, and the food was so delicious that we looked forward to it every day. I’d happily stay here again and can’t recommend the place enough!

We’ve stayed at Adi Dharma a few times now, and it’s been great every time. The staff are so happy, lovely, and helpful. The rooms are spacious, with good air conditioning, comfy beds, hot water, and daily cleaning. The pool is well kept, with sunbeds and beautiful gardens beside it. Breakfast is amazing, whether buffet or a la carte, and there’s lots of variety. The in-house restaurant serves fantastic food, all at good prices. Shops and restaurants are close by too. We can’t wait to return. It’s definitely our go-to spot!

I was on vacation with my boys and had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredible, always kind, friendly, and ready to help. The food was delicious, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. I’m leaving very happy and satisfied. Highly recommend!

Reception staff were courteous and helpful, and the pool was a good size and popular with guests. My room was nice and had a large balcony. The air conditioning pointed right at the bed, so I had to adjust it more than usual. I could also hear conversations below and nearby straight in the room, though they never lasted long enough to put me off staying again. A handy touch for guests: digital scales at reception made it easy to check how much extra shopping I could fit in. The hotel is on Jl Legian, a convenient starting or stopping point, with a boom gate and security to manage pickups and drop-offs efficiently.
