We felt let down and very vulnerable during our stay. About $4000 in cash was stolen from inside the property within the first 10 hours after we arrived. The owner's response afterward showed little concern or help, and management gave us no real support through an extremely stressful situation. The villa didn't feel secure. The cameras on the property reportedly weren't working, the guards at the front entrance knew nothing and couldn't help, and the lights at the villa's front entrance weren't working properly. For what guests pay, basic security and their safety should be a priority. I'd urge anyone considering a booking to look carefully at the security standards.

The staff were lovely, and the villa was very comfortable in a great, peaceful spot. One tip if you get tattoos: wrap them in cling film so they don't mark the sheets and lead to an extra laundry charge.

Great location, with shops and restaurants close by. The villa was kept in lovely condition and spotlessly clean. Wayan, the friendly and helpful maid, kept the fridge stocked and was there to help arrange a driver or day trips.

It's in a quiet compound near jalan Seminyak, with a health food and coffee shop, the shelter, right outside the gate. Wayan kept everything in good shape, and the pool was the cleanest in Bali. The villa is very well equipped, with air conditioning in every room.

The housekeeper was very chatty, and the driver was really good. The villa is well equipped and could do with a little TLC. I was surprised by the approach at first, since you have to walk through a busy moped parking garage to reach it.
