The room was neat and clean, and the lobby has a nice classic look. There’s a pool on the first floor, and the service is great and helpful. I always stay here when my family comes to Bali.

When the larger hotels are full, Puri mimi is a good alternative, and it costs much less than the big places nearby. It sits right by the main road, Sunset Road, so you can’t call it quiet with all the traffic in this crowded part of south Bali. The owner is a Chinese/Indonesian woman who decorated the place throughout with carved wood pieces. Rooms are spacious, clean, and cool, and there’s a nice pool. They offer some restaurant service, though other restaurants are nearby. Cheap, and an excellent option.
