ibis Bali Legian Street

We had a really pleasant two-night stay. I’d booked a Deluxe Room, then upgraded to the Suite when we arrived, and was glad I did. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected, with lots of variety and tasty food, and the location made it easy to get around Bali, with Seminyak nearby. Mas Adi made check-in smooth and was helpful and accommodating. He also found us a motorbike rental vendor, which made things much easier. Mbak Dinda checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable, and we appreciated that. One disappointment: the hotel seems to have missed my notes and email saying it was our 10th anniversary, so we didn’t get the complimentary setup. The team apologized, though, and overall we still had a great experience.

The pool was a little dirty, but the facilities were good and the breakfast was yummy. The staff were amazing, and the room was clean. The location is prime, close to the Double Six Beach sunset point. I’d love to come back when I’m in Bali again.

The buffet breakfast had a nice mix of sweet and savory options, and the coffee was lovely, served in generous cups. You can pay for it at the bar with cash or card. There’s also an upstairs pool for cooling off or sunbathing. We had two adjoining rooms for two adults and two teens. They were small, especially the bathrooms, but fine since we were out most of the time. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was just right, and it was easy to log into our accounts on the smart TV. Staff were attentive, polite, and spoke English well. The mini fridges weren’t cold enough, but otherwise we were happy with our stay. Good value in a prime spot, with shopping, massages, and restaurants in Legian, Kuta, or Seminyak a short walk or Grab ride away.

The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank the receptionist working the morning shifts on April 17 and April 19, 2026. I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly kind and professional, and went out of her way to help me. She’s a great face for the hotel at the front desk and deserves more appreciation for her service. Thank you, Luminor Legian. I’ll stay again whenever I’m in Bali!
