A lovely first stop for our family vacation. We stayed comfortably for four nights, and all the rooms felt spacious. We liked the open layout, and the clean pool was so refreshing. The staff were all great to communicate with. Thank you! 😊

The Manager, Kadek, called the owner when we raised the problems and told us everything was okay. We asked to speak with the owner, but were told he was too busy surfing and didn't want to talk. The villa felt old and dirty, and the pool was cloudy when we arrived. The bedroom air conditioners didn't cool well, making the rooms uncomfortable for sleeping. Bugs and mosquitoes got in because the doors didn't seal properly. The water pump was very loud in the master bedroom, but turning it off meant there was no water pressure. The beds squeaked whenever we moved. I wouldn't recommend this villa; it doesn't deserve even one star.

The road was narrow and a bit tricky to drive along in a family car, which was the one drawback. Inside, the villa had all the amenities we needed for our family trip. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed every two days, and the manager came to greet us with welcome drinks. We were well accommodated.
