Keola Hotel

The bed situation was misleading. There was no king or queen bed, just two standard twin beds pushed together, and the real room looked nothing like the pictures on the Reddoorz app. The room’s main light was out because there was no bulb. Staff said it was fine and that all rooms looked that way, but I saw another room with working lights. Housekeeping was awful. They wouldn’t take away our plastic rubbish and told us to do it ourselves. They only change the sheets, pillowcases and bedcover after three nights, which left things very dirty. The reception area was dirty and stuffy, although the staff were fairly helpful. After two days, my leg was swollen and very itchy from what I recognized as mites in the bed. It was a terrible experience and I really don’t recommend staying here. On the Reddoorz app, the hotel uses the name “Reddoorz near legian street.” I couldn’t find much information at first, and they’d turned off the review platform to reduce bad reviews, but once I found the hotel’s real name, I could leave this review.
