I stayed in apt 2 for a week. The room itself was good, but there was a leak around the wash basin and WC, and foul water was blocked up, leaving a really unpleasant smell. They fixed it after a couple of days, though not fully. They also forgot to leave the converting adaptor in the room, so we had to spend a lot on a replacement to charge a phone urgently.
We booked apartment no 2 on Airbnb for a few days, and it was lovely. You can arrive whenever, since the owner leaves the key in a mailbox. Just be aware there are stairs to climb, which could be a hassle with lots of luggage. Inside, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a little living area joined to the kitchen, and a very long balcony. The kitchen had nearly everything we needed, including cookware and cutlery, plus free water, tea and coffee. They'd also left us some delicious fruit. My one issue was holes in the kitchen and living room walls that let insects in. Otherwise, everything was great.
A really cozy room in an awesome villa right in the city. I'd recommend it to couples traveling with very little luggage. It would be even better with an insect killer in the room.
