I booked after reading Airbnb reviews, but this place was a big disappointment. It was run-down and poorly maintained, and my room was dirty. I got sick and had to stay a few nights instead of leaving early. The pool was dirty too, and I didn’t see anyone using it. Nothing good to say. Avoid.

I picked this place because Airbnb reviews praised its cleanliness, but the property was filthy. There was rubbish everywhere, the hallway was dirty, and flies filled reception. Room 16 wasn’t ready when we arrived at 1 pm, and its air conditioning was broken. They moved us to room 31, which smelled bad and had grime and rubbish under the sink, a dirty toilet, and a dusty upper floor. Later they offered to move us back to 16. We accepted despite the broken air conditioning because room 31 was worse, but 16 was unpleasant too, with a strong body and armpit odor. The kitchen utensils were dirty and damaged. We couldn’t manage even one night in those conditions. Airbnb refunded us and canceled the booking. Picture is from room 16.

The tap water was a bit salty and left the bathroom floor slightly slippery, but it wasn’t a major issue. We stayed four nights and were happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a small pantry on the first floor, a comfortable bed, and a very good shower. You can use the communal kitchen for free, and ask the friendly, helpful staff to clean your room every day.

I paid $20 us for a night at this really nice apartment-style hotel, and it was great value. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a little far, but still walkable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bathroom smelled a bit.
