Villa Safari

The team made our stay so easy, especially Dwi and Bayu, who replied quickly and kept everything in good order. Dwi was especially kind and lovely to deal with. We’re in our second week at Villa Safari now, and the place has been spotless, with a big pool that’s great for unwinding. We’d happily book it again on another trip to Bali.

Suci, the housekeeper, was a real gem, and the peaceful setting made it easy to spend our 11 nights over Christmas/New Year 2022-23 relaxing, reading, watching movies, and going out to eat and shop away from the crowds. The layout and atmosphere are superb. The villa itself, though, feels very worn and needs a full refurbishment. Paint is peeling, furniture is broken and uncomfortable, the aircon kept failing, the kitchen is dated, and the decking sags. There’s more besides. With a proper renovation, Villa Safari could be idyllic.

The grounds and pool are lovely, and the spacious rooms have everything you need. It’s also a great spot for photos. Villa Safari is a good choice for a relaxed, luxurious getaway with your date.

We were there as two couples, and the location worked perfectly for us. Ahmad, who managed the property, was so helpful and ready to sort out anything we needed. Komang was a lovely housekeeper and made an incredible breakfast. Make sure you order it if you stay, it’s only about £6 per head. We absolutely loved our time here.
