Mahesa Suites Seminyak

My Agoda booking turned into a nightmare, and there was no one at the front desk to help when I arrived. Mahesa stepped in and went out of her way to get my room sorted. Superb service, thank you 🙏🙏

The location was okay, but the rooms were very dirty and the pool looked murky, like it hadn’t been cleaned. Our first room was terrible, so we asked to move. A shorter man was lovely at check-in, helped with our bags, and helped us change rooms. A larger man was rude and didn’t seem welcoming. When I mentioned that we’d paid for breakfast, he insisted we hadn’t. We left soon after.

Everything was easy to reach on foot, and the hotel was quiet and lovely compared with Seminyak. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean, and the warm pool was great for cooling off. Only thing missing was a fridge.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good. I really wanted to like the place, since the exterior looks so nice, but the rooms were quite dirty. The floors had stains, especially in the toilet, which matters most to me. The sink was clogged and so was the shower drain. You have to request room cleaning, and even afterward it still wasn’t clean. If they kept each room cleaner, this place would be perfect.
