The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and there wasn’t even a mirror in the room. We also had to pay another 100k for air conditioning. It’s a small, budget homestay with friendly people, but it’s far from the centre. You have to cross the motorway to get there, and in Kuta there’s no Grab or taxi.
I had a great stay, mostly thanks to the really friendly staff and excellent service. There was no air conditioning in my room, which wasn’t too bad with the weather being okay, but it’s something to bear in mind.
It’s a bit far out if you don’t have a bike. Still, the room was good value, with AC, a comfy bed, and a clean bathroom. Breakfast with tea and coffee is free in the morning, and the staff were happy to bring us an extra blanket.
Each room has a small veranda, and breakfast comes with the stay. There’s also free tea and coffee around the clock. Nice place, I’d come back :)
For just €5 I got a private bungalow with a big bed and its own bathroom. Breakfast was included too, and the people were really kind. Hard to ask for much more at that price.
