Murdha Villa

We were so excited to find somewhere this nice after staying in places that were loud, smelly, dirty, or nothing like their website photos. My two friends and I are traveling around Bali from Melbourne, Australia, and this place went well beyond what we expected. It was thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of privacy and outdoor space to enjoy. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the kitchen was tidy and well stocked for cooking. It was the cleanest place we'd stayed in. We were running around and squealing like little girls. Definitely recommend based on our stay.

The internet kept cutting out, which was annoying, but everything else was great. The staff were amazing, and the location was excellent, close to good restaurants and an easy stroll from the beach. We had a wonderful time, and the rooms, villa, and pool were all lovely.

The bedrooms are spacious, with air conditioning and a fan, and the outdoor showers are surrounded by plants. The pool was great, deep enough that you couldn't stand, and sunny from 10:30 to 16:00. The people who called themselves “butlers” were always available to help and cleaned every day. It was about a five-minute walk to the main street for food or drinks, and we had a really nice stay. One nuisance: there aren't enough power outlets in the bedroom, so you have to choose between the light, your phone charger, and the bug repellent.

Do not waste your time here. I booked a month ahead and reconfirmed the night before, but when I arrived the next day, they said it was fully booked. After I spoke to the owner on the phone, I was told the place was under renovation. This feels like a scam.
