Radha Bali Hotel

The location was so handy, with shops, a mart, restaurants, Discovery Mall, a chemist, and a coffee shop right next door. We only needed a night after missing our flight, and the stay was much better than I expected for such a cheap place. The gardens were immaculate, the pool was sparkling with a lovely waterfall, and our cute, comfortable room was spotless. Everything felt calm, the staff were really friendly, and we'd happily stay again.

The rooms were cosy, clean, and comfortable, and room service was good. You're close to Kuta Beach and Bali Waterbom, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. I'd love to come back.

The location was ideal, with the beachfront and restaurants a two-minute walk away and the airport only a five-minute drive. I loved the relaxing pool area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They cleaned my room daily. It was roomy, with a big comfortable bed, lots of clothing storage for my longer stay, a large fridge, and great AC. There's also a shared kitchen with instant hot and cold water. This was my favourite place to stay in Bali 👌🥰.

The staff's response was what made this stay unacceptable. When we asked the night staff for help, he mocked us, and it felt like nobody cared about guests' well-being. On the second day, we found a flying cockroach, a lizard, and a worm in the room. I suspect they got in because the cleaner had left the doors or windows open. The bathroom wasn't clean either, and the Wi-Fi was bad even by Bali standards. Those last issues might be minor in an old property, but rude treatment isn't. We chose it because it was cheap and the reviews seemed okay, but it turned into a nightmare. Avoid it. There are cheaper places with better hygiene.
