This is the best place we’ve stayed so far. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the shower drain didn’t smell, unlike all our other accommodations. Heavy rain caused some flooding at the entrance, but it cleared quickly. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The shower was the only letdown during my one-night stay: the hot water kept shifting between hot and cold. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and always ready to help. It’s a short walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so the location is really convenient for the price. I’d consider staying again.

Good fit for a short, budget trip. The room is basic but clean, with a kettle, two bottles of mineral water, and hot water in the toilet. There’s a pool right outside, and the beach and beach walkway are just a few minutes away, around the corner. The price is reasonable too.

Yulia and her husband do everything they can to make your stay memorable. My husband and I feel like we’re staying with family, and wouldn’t choose anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are cleaned with fresh bed linen each morning. Yulia’s Kitchen serves lovely food at fair prices, and the staff there are lovely too. It’s well placed, not far from Kua Beach, and Smart massage parlour is across the road, with the best Massages In Kuta. I highly recommend Julia Bein. 🥰🇦🇺

Everything was very clean and quiet, and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is close to everything. I stayed three nights as a solo traveller and was given a complimentary room upgrade.
