The bar across the hotel was pretty noisy during the World Cup game. For laundry, weigh it first and double-check the price. My bedsheet had yellowish stains, and the window blind was broken. The staff need more training in hospitality. I have to agree with the guest who complained earlier about their response, they were NOT friendly. The room facilities, especially the bathroom, need more attention.

It’s convenient for shops, laundry, massages, and bars. Seminyak is about 15 minutes away and Kuta about 30, depending on traffic. The apartment felt a little run down, especially the bathroom, and the curtain wouldn’t close properly, which made it hard to sleep in. There wasn’t much breakfast choice, so I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a short stay.

The layout is nice, with every room facing and having access to the pool. Still, some of the rooms we rented needed more maintenance: the AC blew warm air, the floor was oily, and room 101 had a bad smell. They don’t serve breakfast, and the towels weren’t clean.

I’ve stayed here twice, and for the price it’s very good value. There are only 12 units in the whole compound, so privacy and quiet are pretty much guaranteed. The room lighting needs fixing because it’s quite dark, and the couch or sofa absolutely needs to be replaced. They stank.
