The location worked well for us, near shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach. Our spacious, clean room was comfortable, with a large cozy bed, effective air conditioning and a little balcony that was nice to sit on at night. We also had drinking water, a mini fridge, TV and a dressing table area, and everything was tidy and well maintained. We couldn't use our own plug because the Indonesian socket type was different. We asked the reception boy, and they quickly brought us an adapter. Duta was the helpful, friendly reception boy who took care of it. The stay was good value, and we'd happily return.

That clean, spacious pool quickly became my favorite place to unwind each day. My room felt homey and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I spent 7 days here and felt it was well worth it. A lovely stay, and I'd definitely like to come back. Regards, Jesu and Kevin

I've been here twice, once with a small group of 3 and once with a large group of 8. Both visits, the rooms were cool and clean, the staff were amazing, and the place had everything we needed. The beds are comfy too. I usually stay at The One, but I like this place much better. We'll be back, thanks!

Everything was good, and it's family friendly. The staff's behavior was great, the price was good and the location was even better. Money exchange, a travel desk and bike rental are all nearby, along with everything else.

A boy in a black polo shirt was often around during my stay. I wasn't sure if he was a new staff member who hadn't received a uniform yet, since the others wore the same uniform. I can't remember his name, but he was very friendly and nice, with excellent English and really good guest service. I had a lovely stay here, and would highly recommend it to travelers.
