Room 216 needs repairs, and I don’t think it should be sold to customers again in its current state. There was no hot water for a shower and no soap or shampoo. When I asked, they said the housekeeping room was locked, and there was no follow-up until morning or communication between them. The door made a sound when opened and locked. The pool also wasn’t clean and clear enough. I wonder if this is really the same as Serela hotel in bandung, because serela bandung was better than this one in Bali kuta. Disappointed.

I’m seriously amazed by how many things were missing or unavailable. The pool was under maintenance, and the room had no amenities, not even a cup. There was no warm water, though I didn’t consider that a big issue. For hot water, you had to go downstairs to the bar and use an improper dispenser. I asked for sugar for my coffee, but they said it was in the locked housekeeping room and couldn’t get it. Can you imagine how amazed I was?

I remember this hotel being great, but now everything seems to need a lot of maintenance, from the lift and room to the utensils. Sadly, it looks like a cheap hotel now. I booked a room with breakfast, but nobody called to confirm it, and they didn’t even mention it when we checked out 😊

A good hotel with good service, and they welcomed us with warm smiles, especially at the front office ☺️. It’s a good spot for finding anything you need. The room was a bit quiet at night, but there was street noise too. Still, a great place for a couple like us ☺️
