Serendipity Legian

I stayed for four nights. The room was big, but there was no kettle unless you asked for one. There was no telephone either, so I had to go downstairs to find staff. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 and took a long time to prepare, even when we were the only customers. Since tour buses often pick people up around 7-8am, an earlier start would help. We ended up buying cup noodles for breakfast. The choices were just Bali breakfast or Western breakfast, with no changes throughout the stay. One day, housekeeping forgot to leave towels, and even after I asked, they still didn’t bring them.

Even though I haven’t stayed at Serendipity yet, I’ll book there next time I’m in Bali. I had my second surf lesson with them today, and it was incredible. Everything ran smoothly, communication was flawless, and my instructor explained things clearly and knew just how to help me improve. I changed in the provided wetsuit in the changerooms before heading to Kuta Beach, and the whole place was so beautiful I felt a little jealous I wasn’t staying there. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and I feel like I’ve made lifelong friends. I always have a great time with you guys and will keep coming back. Surf lessons are 10/10, highly recommend!

We loved the furnishings, and the staff were lovely. Shops, the beach, and restaurants are only a couple of minutes away, yet it’s completely peaceful. We booked another night as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

The staff are always ready to help, and the rooms are really spacious. It’s peaceful, well located, and well equipped, with a great, clean pool. One of my best stays in Bali. Thanks again!
