It’s a great spot for a relaxing layover, with a spa-like feel around the grounds and a big room. The bathroom even has an open-air mini garden with plants and a statue. There isn’t really a neighborhood to wander around, but I didn’t need one since the restaurant served really tasty food. From the welcome drink to the shuttle service, everything was good.

The pool and convenient location near the airport made this a really nice hotel. The private rooms are a welcome place to recover from travel. In the evening, sitting by the pool with a Bintang beer and hearing prayers sung somewhere nearby was lovely. I wouldn’t recommend drinking the tap water, as it might upset your stomach, but mineral water is always available.
