Villa Nyumpene

We’re already hoping to stay another week or longer in the coming years. We had five relaxing days at Villa Nyumpene with family, and really appreciated the fresh breakfast made every day. Ketut, the host and villa manager, was exceptionally accommodating. The lovely pool and lush garden are tucked away in the heart of Legian, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to walk to plenty of restaurants, grocery shops, and the beach. Thanks for having us and making us feel welcome!

My kids loved the outdoor bathrooms, and we all enjoyed the lovely gardens and atmosphere. We stayed here as a family, and it was truly amazing. Ms. Ketut, the manager, was wonderful and so helpful. The breakfast was perfect. We’ll come back again.

Stephen, the owner, was easy to reach by email and very accommodating with our requests. Kutut, the villa manager, was friendly and helpful. The villa itself is awesome, well appointed, and close to all the restaurants and shops in Legian. We stayed with family in Feb 2019 and still had an amazing time. The pool was lovely, though at 1.4m deep the water felt a little warm, like taking a warm bath sometimes. The only other thing I could fault was the mosquitos in and around the villa. I’d recommend the place to large families or groups.

Tucked into a gem of a spot, the villa is close to both the beaches and shops but still wonderfully peaceful. Superb place, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
