The location is why we keep coming back whenever we're in Bali. It's right in central Kuta and close to the beach, yet tucked on a quieter street with no noise around. We find it easily the best value for money. Check-out is at 12 pm, the staff are always smiling and helpful, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. There's also a large, pleasant pool area. We can't recommend it enough to anyone visiting Bali.

The best part was how quiet the hotel stayed, even in such a busy area. There was no traffic noise, and Bluebirds or Gojek drivers always managed to find it through the lanes. My wife and I spent 8 days at The Bene. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and Garlic Lane, and the location is fantastic. Our clean room had a comfy bed and a hot shower. The TV didn't get local channels, so we watched Netflix, and the safe took a few tries to reopen after closing. Breakfast was very basic. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and handled requests with a smile. A great find for a quieter, slightly cheaper stay in Bali.

It's about an 8 minute walk to the beach, and the location is good. The staff were all very friendly, and their service is what I liked most. Our room was clean and tidy, they cleaned it every day, and they responded quickly when we asked for something. Breakfast didn't have many choices, but the food they served was nice. I'll come back next time I'm in Bali.

You can walk to Kuta Beach and Beachwalk Mall from here, which is a big plus. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and smiling. Even housekeeping greets guests and stays alert as they pass the lobby. They lent us an umbrella for free on a very sunny afternoon when we were walking near Kuta. The price may be low, but the service feels truly five star, with excellent attention to every little detail. Keep it up.

The roads leading to the hotel are very narrow, so getting a vehicle there can be a bit difficult. During my two nights, the staff were nice and helpful, and the room was comfortable and pretty good for a family. I did ask for shower gel refills but didn't get them. Aside from that, everything was great.
