Kana Kuta was a quiet spot away from Kuta’s main area, though there were some restaurants and a K-circle nearby. It suited us, and I’d definitely stay again. The hotel is wheelchair friendly, with a lovely pool area, a gym, and plenty of places to sit around the pool. I stayed five days with friends. Our rooms were big, quiet, and clean, the beds were comfortable, and I just wished there were extra pillows. The room attendants were welcoming and polite, always smiling, and left creative towel designs and kind notes. Reception were accommodating too, and let us check out later at no extra charge. Breakfast was okay, though the buffet food felt more like dinner options. The egg and pancake stations were always ready to make things to order. Dinner at the hotel was average, and service was very slow. The staff seemed too busy chatting.

The rooms were clean and practical, and there was a nice pool and restaurant. What stood out most was the staff. They were so friendly and looked after guests really well. Gandhi, who was lovely, arranged a great birthday surprise for my wife. Thanks to him for that and for the great service.

We were so glad we chose Kana Kuta. My boyfriend and I spent a month there, apart from a few nights here and there on islands around Bali. Each time we came back, it felt like coming home. The staff were the highlight, so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was always clean and well maintained, the food was fresh, and the pool area was lovely. It also worked well as a base for day trips: Grab or Gojek pickups were easy, and the beach and restaurants were within walking distance. Thank you for everything!

The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the food and drinks, including breakfast. I met friendly staff throughout the stay, especially David and Gandhi at reception. When I first arrived, Anggi greeted me with a warm smile, and the welcome drink was delicious and refreshing. This was my first visit to Bali, and my wife and I spent about a week here for our honeymoon. Hotel Kana Kuta felt like a second home. I highly recommend it and would choose it again if I return to Bali. I hope to see David, Gandhi, and Anggi again. Thank you, Hotel Kana Kuta.

I picked this hotel because of all the good reviews, and they turned out to be right. Mr. Ditha and Ms. Sri deserve a shout-out. They seemed to embody hospitality, like the hotel had managed to hire the best people in Indonesia.
