The staff are all very kind and helpful, and there's a fairly big swimming pool, billiards, and a cafe. It's also quite close to a mini market and other popular places around Kuta. A good place to stay, and we'll definitely come back!

The general manager was good, but didn't get support from the marketing, operations, or housekeeping managers. The rooms are a good size, especially those with a kitchen, but they were run down and dirty. The TVs didn't work properly, and the AC didn't work with the water. The biggest issue was bad management. They allowed dogs to live in rooms and bark all the time, and kids to ride bikes alone in the passage and around the pool. I got knocked over a few times. With so many families staying there, I felt I was infringing on their privacy. There were also private religious services many nights, along with karaoke for their family. It echoed through the whole place, which isn't built for concerts. I'm not anti any religion, but their Muslim ceremony, lecture every night, and an imam staying there felt very intimidating for a non-Muslim. If they want to get guests, it should be open to all denominations. I wouldn't stay unless they make huge improvements.

I went to view the accommodation here on 27/9/21 after seeing several gorgeous apartment photos. The pictures are glamorized and make it look amazing, but I found the opposite. The whole place is falling apart, from tall weeds and rusty stairs to opaque, dirty windows. That was before we saw the small room, which looked nothing like the apartment shown in the advertising.

Loved the price, ambience, and vibes. So much fun, I'll come back to this place 💙

The rooms feel old and poorly kept. A lot of the furniture is cracked, and the wallpaper is coming apart too.
