The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Mr Paris for such a warm welcome. The location was convenient for restaurants and tourist attractions, and breakfast had lots of delicious options. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a cozy bed. All the facilities worked perfectly. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked for 3 nights and stayed 11. The suite was amazing, and the hotel is in a perfect location. My bed was really comfortable, and my room was cleaned every day. Everyone on the team was friendly and helpful. The 24-hour restaurant and room service were great too. I’ll definitely stay here when I come back. 10/10.

The hotel is basic, but it does the job. The location is great and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was decent, with plenty to choose from, whether you want local or Western food. Definitely try the omelettes!

A great place to stay in Bali, close to the beach, souvenir shops, an ATM, and a supermarket. Shout out to Paris, the front office manager, who welcomed us and made sure everything was running well during my partner’s and my stay. All the staff were great and cheerful. Highly recommend it, and we’ll come back to the rivavi legian.

The restaurant food was the highlight, just so yummy. I stayed for four days, and since my last visit in 2019 the place has changed a lot. The rooms feel more spacious now, and I liked the eco-friendly amenities and the great coffee and tea. Can't wait to come back!
