The Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite

I had a really memorable first trip to Bali, and the Vira Bali Boutique hotel was a big part of it. My junior suite had a wonderfully comfortable king size bed, a large feature bath, and both a regular shower and a rainfall shower with great pressure. I also had a private plunge pool, while there’s another large pool for all guests. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, and clearly put a lot into their service. Breakfast was included, varied, and delicious. The hotel also has a top quality restaurant attached, which I reviewed separately, and entertainment every 2 or 3 days during dinner. It had all the extra features I’d expect from a top end hotel. I can’t fault the place. Thank you ❤️🌹

We keep coming back to the Vira Bali whenever we visit Bali. It feels like our second home. The staff are so friendly and do everything they can to make the stay pleasant. The Waga restaurant serves nice food, and honestly, I’ve never had anything there I didn’t like. Several days a week there are shows or special meals like seafood buffets and BBQ. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a free safe, mini-bar, hairdryer, balcony, television, and good air-conditioning. There’s also a well-equipped, free gym with air-conditioning on the second floor. Breakfast is buffet-style, with a fresh egg and pancake station, fruit, sourdough bread, hot dishes, cereals, croissants, and coffee. I’m a real coffee lover, so I’d order a cappuccino instead of using the machine. The hotel is about 10-15 min by car from the airport and within walking distance of two big shopping malls. Lippo Mall has live music daily from 19:00-22:00. Beach Walk mall is about a 40 minute walk along the beach, or roughly 20 minutes by Grab.

We found the location very convenient, close to Kuta Beach, shopping malls, and restaurants, while still peaceful enough to relax. The airport transfer was easy and useful too. From arrival, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and made me feel at home. The rooms are stylish, clean, comfortable, and have modern amenities. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. The facilities were well kept, and even the staff’s friendly smiles added to the stay. A lovely experience for us. I’d recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers visiting Bali.

The team were friendly from the time we arrived until we left, and I had no problems during the stay. The rooms were kept in excellent condition, and the bar was well stocked. Breakfast had a good range, though I would have liked a few more vegetarian choices. There’s plenty of parking. The hotel sits a little back from the main road but is close to lots of places to eat and shop, which works well. I’d happily recommend it.
